Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
Installation Requirements: Do not let the check valve bear pipeline weight; large-diameter valves require independent support to avoid excessive pipeline stress.
Flow Direction: Install the valve with the medium flow direction matching the arrow marked on the valve body.
Pipeline Orientation: Lift-type check valves must be installed on horizontal pipelines to ensure the disc moves freely under its own weight.
Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspect the valve body, sealing surfaces, and disc for wear or damage to ensure reliable anti-backflow performance. Keep the pipeline free of debris to prevent disc jamming.
